The platform

Built for law. Architected for more.

Adaptive's headline focus is law. The core engine, the multi-tenant data model, and the channel-agnostic conversation layer were built so a new practice type could plug in as a configuration, not a rewrite. Today it serves law. Tomorrow it could serve more.

why extensibility matters

One engine. Many practices.

Every practice that depends on talking to people has the same core need: capture conversations, structure them, route them to a team, track them through a workflow. Adaptive's architecture treats that need as the product. The vertical that uses it is configuration.

Channel-agnostic core

SMS, web, voice. Every client surface is an adapter on top of a single conversation engine. New channels do not require rebuilds; they require an adapter.

Vertical as configuration

A vertical defines its kanban states, intake template, deliverable types, and gate logic. Plug those in and the platform serves it. The engine itself never gets rewritten.

Multi-tenant from row zero

Org and Company hierarchy with row-level data separation. Tenants can sit on different verticals under the same org. Isolation is enforced at the database, not the application.

Brand framework

Every vertical earns its own colorway and lockup; the family system enforces consistency. Adding a vertical adds a token set, not a design system.

today and tomorrow

Law first. By design.

Law is the live vertical. Personal injury is the live discipline. The investment thesis is depth: a market that is large, underserved, and willing to pay for delivered value. Every dollar of platform work today compounds inside law.

The multi-vertical ambition is not abandoned; it is sequenced. The extensibility is in the architecture today, holding its value for the verticals that come after law.

Where it lives now.

The disciplines page sketches how deep we will go in law. The home page is where the firm-facing pitch lives.
